Precision Clinical Laboratories LLC (Utica, NY) seeks Office Manager to oversee the work of office and administrative employees in molecular diagnostic clinical laboratory. Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office, administrative, and clinical staff. Review and evaluate work performance of office and administrative staff. Interview and train new office employees in job duties and company policies. Design and implement staff training and development programs. Work closely with management to ensure efficient office operations. Prepare reports for management and personnel records. Make recommendations to management concerning staffing decisions or procedural changes. Work closely with Information Technology department to maintain IT infrastructure and Laboratory information systems to ensure efficient operations and Laboratory reporting. Work with Laboratory clients to ensure specimen delivery and timely delivery of laboratory testing results. Maintain policy and procedures with Laboratory managers. Maintain records pertaining to inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and machine maintenance. Maintain office budget. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, receiving mail, greeting visitors, and answering phone calls.
Requirements: Associates degree in a Business-related field or equivalent, and 1 year of office, business, or logistics operations experience, to include creating reports, setting schedules, and supervision of administrative operations. Email resumes to: email@example.com.
